The impact being stress, burnout, isolation and mental health issues. In celebration of black and brown women,  I wanted to bring together a community that reflects the interconnectedness and embodiment of the inner and outer beauty of who we are. Testimonials

  • “My coaching sessions have been profound in supporting my leadership journey. Hazel has supported me in recognising the impact of the personal with the professional. Hazel has helped me make links with my internal narrative and where that comes from and how that influences how I behave and act as a leader. These sessions have encouraged me to believe in my own abilities as a leader and to trust my authentic self”

    TB Deputy Director Social Services

  • "Hazel really helped me to get clarity about my leadership role and responsibilities. I was feeling overwhelmed and disillusioned when we began the coaching and she helped me to reconnect to my values as well as understand the organisation values, which motivated me to lead the service in a way that created space for my unique style of leadership. The more I became relaxed and motivated in myself, the more I was able to enjoy the job and motivate my staff.”

MR Heads of Service London Local Authority

  • “Thank you so much for taking the time to facilitate our Team Away day. You made us all feel quite relaxed and comfortable to share our experiences. Your approach was professional, but I also liked that you were able to get us all laughing as a group. It reminded us the importance of working as a team and also looking after each other. I would definitely recommend you to others as I know we all benefited from the day.”

BT, Essex Partnership NHS University Trust

  • “Hazel as we are approaching the end of the coaching year I wanted to send you a note to thank you for all of your work with us over the last few years on the Frontline Leadership programme. Your coaching has been transformational for many participants, allowing them to develop into more confident, able and impactful social workers, the positive effects of which we will continue to see for years to come.”

    Anoshe, The Frontline Charity

  • “My sessions with Hazel were deeply meaningful, and important. Hazel's warm, empathetic, curious and calm approach meant that I was able to build a trusting relationship with her that paved the way for thoroughly useful sessions. Hazel has inspired me and encouraged me. I come home from sessions with Hazel and impart her wisdom on my best friends, colleagues and family members because it simply has to be shared! I have recommended Hazel to such friends and family members, since I want others to benefit from Hazel's practice as much as I have.”

    Amber D, Social Worker

  • "I found coaching sessions with Hazel invaluable and wish that I could see Hazel on a weekly basis! I found that the time I spent with her really helped me to see elements of my life with more clarity and Hazel was really adept at drawing out my true feelings and motivations. I also really connected with Hazel on a spiritual level (despite having different faiths) and we were able to share meaning through this. I always came away from my sessions with Hazel with a renewed sense of energy and a deeper understanding of my goals and how to achieve them."
